The Minturn-Red Cliff Business Association was formed in March 2008. Our mission is the promotion of our towns and businesses, as well as advocacy for business owners with government & other entities regarding common business interests. We work in partnership with our town governments and are involved in various events designed to bring visitors to our towns. Our premier event, the St. Patty’s Day Explosion, is a unique and fun way to celebrate the holiday, with green margaritas and plenty of corned beef and cabbage served at local establishments. Halloween in Minturn has become a valley-wide event attracting several hundred children seeking treats, and local businesses host open houses throughout the evening.
The historic towns of Minturn and Red Cliff stand in contrast to our neighboring resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek and offer a unique and different dimension to any visit to the area. We host a variety of retail and service businesses, many located in original buildings. New businesses arrive regularly, adding to the eclectic nature of our towns. Besides Minturn’s famous Farmer’s Market in the Summer, visitors strolling our streets will find art, clothing, sports equipment, all aspects of building services, a fun assortment of restaurants and cafes, even massage therapy!
